How it all came to be…
With a dream to own and operate a soda and espresso bar, sisters Sierra Mccleve and Jessica Soundregger purchased a kolache bakery in 2013. They came to love kolaches, and the art of making them. After perfecting their recipe, they wanted to grow their business into something more.
They have since introduced a drive-thru, a full coke/pepsi menu, a bakery menu including sweet rolls, cookies, and more! Sierra has also established a catering and wholesale team to spread the Kolache love to more than just Heber Valley!
A few words about us
The Dottie’s team takes pride in serving delicious kolaches to the Wasatch Valley. This small bakery has gone from being a walk in establishment only selling kolaches to a drive thru with a full bakery/soda menu, complete with a catering team for large events.
Come enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery while indulging in the Texas Czech culture the Dottie sisters have brought to Heber Valley!
